Ebba Bohlin is a conceptually driven artist who is living and working in Stockholm. Her oeuvre, which includes installation, sculpture and sound based works, focuses on a physically tangible spatiality. Whether encountered up close or from afar, Ebba’s artworks engender a strong physical experience, wherein the the artworks and the thoughts & memories they conjure up are equally central to our experience of the work. The artist’s affirmation of the unspoken but physically tangible has led her to collaborate with poets, dancers and other artists. Common starting points for Ebba’s work include Language, Nature and the Body­ – Each is used to explore the idea of materials and their inherent ability to change.
